The highway towards well being

With the advancement in the speed of our lives, we have been spending more time with work and materialistic things than with our own selves. Even if we think of ourselves then it is because of stress or disappointments. Also, at the time of failures or extreme work hours, we try to fix it quick. The result of all this is compromising and just going on as it is. And if you carry on behaving like this, you might fall in the traps of depression. 


Here, I am basically presenting 5 easy key points to cope up with your daily life as well as explore your inner self.

• STOP JUDGING AND START SAYING IT'S OKAY- judging and throwing ourselves into harder tasks is not at all a good thing. We should accept our own strengths. Thinking "I would have been better" or "I like it but should not do this" will never buy you the peacefulness from inside. Follow your own experiences and learn from them rather than thinking them to be naive. 

•STOP MERGING SOCIALLY - The "information at fingertips" world has replaced the concept of books, newspapers and libraries to what you are currently reading. Also, this has made us distant from what we actually are. We spend more and more time online reading articles, playing games or simply on social networking platforms. Moreover, many of us do realise an emptiness but still, just ignore it.

• TAKE TIME FOR YOURSELF - managing your thoughts is critical for staying healthy. It is important to give yourself the ME time. The main thing to focus here is time management. You need to be particular about time and steal time for yourself. Barely 1/2 an hour is sufficient to do whatever you like, just to connect with yourself. 

• THE ART OF SHARING AND GIVING - exploring yourself has deep roots in sharing and caring. Not just for social welfare, but the happiness derived from it. Whether you have experienced it or not, it indeed is true that the level of satisfaction you get from seeing someone smiling exceptionally can't be compared. This is not only for giving something, but also by emphasising on abstract things like understanding and sharing sorrows as well as gladness with others. 

• FOOD AND EXERCISE - this is an additional step which is more attached to physical health. As we all know exercise plays a vital role in strengthening our body, it is good if you follow it. From my side, I don't pressurize anyone to initiate a typical exercise. It is completely on you if you want to go for any of its routine. Instead, you can adopt any activity which involves physical movements and at least this should be done. Apart from this, many people advise for any healthy food habits. I say that you should eat what you want to.(Let me clear it that I am not propagating junk food. There is a lot outside it). Enjoying food we love is one of the best things in our lives. And if it sticks to you that eating healthy is equally important, you should take a detox day a week(including fruits and juices).


These are some checkpoints to the way of well being. I m again saying don't get offended by any of these as these are highly personal opinions. I wish you all great success and don't forget to take the ME time.
