Detox day once a week
The exact mantra for living good and staying happy is to do what we want and especially, EAT WHAT WE WANT. Life is too short to be busy with dieting and stuff (no offences). But, whatever you eat, cleansing and detoxifying your inner body is as equally important as bathing. Or else, you may develop diseases or it may affect you physically (problems like ulcers).
• Fruits and juices
The most efficient method for detoxification of your body is having fruits. Fruits are available in almost all the households and if not, can be bought easily. All you need to do is to schedule your fruit meals into different parts of the day. A tip I want to give here is that don't spend your whole day on fruits but at least have the day. If you feel bored in eating fruits, juices are next best option for you. For more productive results, add more than 2 ingredients in your juice.
• DIY detox drinks
If making and drinking differently tasted drinks doesn't bother you, you must give these drinks a try:
1. LEMON AND HONEY
Many of you might be taking warm water with honey in the mornings. These is an upgrade in the same procedure. You just need to add a few drops of lemon as it increases the strength of the drink and the results are more productive.
2. Honey, black pepper powder, black salt and lemon
This is one of the most effective formulas for strengthening your inner body. All you need to do is to add these ingredients in a glass of water. Now, you have to take care of the quantity of the ingredients you are adding. For a glass of water, add 1 and a half teaspoon of honey, a pinch of black pepper powder and black salt and finally some drops of lemon juice.
These are the most basic and handy tips for detoxification of your body and can be opted easily. (I m not an expert in all of these so if you want to do on some more detoxifying drinks....you may consult a health specialist :)
