New ways to team up your heavy kurtas

Traditionally, punjabi suits were a symbol of heavy embroidery and work. They were worn with salwar which too was designer. But now, it has changed a lot. Punjabi suits are now being used with palazzo, pencil pants, sharara pants and salwars.

• Salwar
This shows the historical image of Punjab where women used to wear salwars with heavy suits. You must try it once and you can also wear it under kurtas.

• Palazzo pants
It's a new trend in fashion which is one of the most widely spread. Women wear it with tops, kurtas and tshirts. You can also try it with punjabi suits.

• Sharara/Gharara
It is originally a mughal pattern of dressing bit an intermingled fashion, it can be used with our kurtas and suits. Also, heavy embroidery was introduced by mughals so it is also a fusion of cultures in respect to fashion.

• Pencil pants
These are the highly used pants for pairing up with dresses. They are comfortable and are neither right nor loose.

• Leggings
Leggings have been in use since a decade for these have a high elasticity. Ladies wear it on a daily basis nowadays.
