These habits can make you stay HAPPY FOREVER

 

More than half of the world's population suffers from mental health problems today. This is because it is much away from the common concern of people. But, it is a little thought that my words might help and soothe you a bit. There are various tiny things that have a great impact for those who suffer emotional and mental stress. 


• First and foremost, BREATH
Whenever you face any difficulties, take a moment and try deep breathing. This can help put down your increased heart rate, blood pressure. Also, the other meaning can be that under mental pressure, people give up their lives leading to end of their own precious life and drastic changes and consequences for the family. I don't know if you have ever thought about it or not but a mere heartbreak, bad marks, sadness and uselessness cannot define your future years. This negativity in not eternal and will eventually end.


• Smile
Smiling can prove to be useful and is even suggested by counsellors. This is a proven method for making yourself feel happy. Smiling without a reason can lighten the tension.



• Divert your mind from unhappy moments
Thinking about sad moments again and again will only hinder your mental growth. Distractions may help you with this but they should not be too strong that you get carried away from even good things.

• Start saying It's OKAY
This is an important thing which is followed by forgiving yourself. Saying it's okay doesn't mean to make mistakes and don't feel about them. It is to move on from resentment and regrets.

• Let go of mistakes
If you did a mistake, that's fine. Learn from it, promise yourself you will take care next time and move on.

• Maintain a Diary
This can a cool way to unburden yourself and even if you don't like writing, try making flowcharts and boxes with it, just to keep yourself indulged in it.
