The main causes of UNHAPPINESS

 


There had a lot of cases regarding mental health issues since the past years. The main drawback which comes forth with it is that people ignore it. They hardly dare to acknowledge mental health. 


I m not saying that being not good mentally is like typically being mad or like having a chronic disease. This is the most basic misconception in this field. What it mainly concerns is SUDDEN MOOD SWINGS, ANXIETY, REMAINING DEPRESSED, FEELING NOT LIKE TALKING and a lot more. (Now, many of you might not know what I just explained. So, this is one of the ways of creating awareness.) You might not know if you are mentally suffering. There are various relatable feelings which can help you find if you need to calm yourself mentally. (This video can help you with your mental health)

• That feeling when you appear so silent but have a tornado of thoughts in your mind.
• That feeling when you know you are freaking out but there is no reason in particular to freak out.
• That feeling when you desire to do something, to stand up but your mind and body does not cooperate.
• That feeling when you over analyse situations and come up with your best ans to it but still don't feel prepared
• That feeling when you feel extremely happy and content but it suddenly hits that something bad is gonna happen.
• That feeling when you feel happy, confused and lonely at the same time 


THE MAIN CAUSES OF SUCH PROBLEMS ARE:

• Retrieving sad memories
This is one of the main causes of making yourself sad and not progressing emotionally. You need to let go of such memories which hinder you from maintaining relations and being happy.

• Unhealthy development of thinking
Thinking that life will be miserable always will never do any better to you. You have to change this. Just bring positive vibes in yourself and even if you cannot stop thinking bad, just say, "It's going to be okay".

• Hesitating
Not expressing yourself, thinking toilet the things be as they are can be a major cause of your anxiety. Keeping things to yourself can be mentally burdening. For this, I suggest sharing things with your best friend or if you have trust issues or you don't have friends, the best way is to maintain a Diary.

• Negative body image
This is a bit different from the proper manifestation of depression and anxiety. But can hinder your social life. Basically, this is a condition where you are unhappy with your body shape and may develop angst and aggression because of it. This can pull you back from places that involve physical aspects and you also lack in following fashion.
