Living in confusion, staying on the safe side and not behaving like yourself can never help you with anything. You need to be carefree and the best way to feel good is spending quality time. Not with someone else, but with yourself. Going out somewhere and doing what you like can help you unwind your thoughts. Here are some more steps.


• Going for a walk
Sometimes taking a walk can be useful to swipe away from thoughts. Try it either alone or with your best friend.


• Reading something you like 
Reading is relaxing and helps make your mind active. If you are a fan of comics, magazines, journals and books, it's the best. You can also join fandom clubs online of your favourite fan-fiction characters.

• Shopping (can also be window shopping)
Shopping is always a jolly moment for girls and women. Even if it is window shopping (where you don't buy anything), it can increase your sense of fashion. 


• Try random dresses
Even if you are lazy, try it because dressing is everybody's fancy. It can also give you a vague idea of how your next outing look will be. Another way, it can make you aware of the styles that go with your figure and face cut.

• Going to the theatre alone
No matter what, watching movie alone can be better. You don't need to suppress your emotions because nobody will know you there and hence you can cry, sob, laugh, curse and do whatever you wish.


• Dancing like yourself
Dance often and be yourself while dancing. Make your own steps and dance as if it the only thing that can make you happy.
